Way To Happiness

What is Happiness? Is it a feeling, a success, money or something else?

Happiness is a human feeling. Happiness is a state of mind or feeling that is controlled by love, contentment, happiness or excitement. Biological, psychological, psychological, philosophical and godly efforts have been made to define and determine the source of happiness. It is extremely difficult to measure happiness properly. Researchers have invented a technique by which happiness can be measured to some extent. Psychological experts measure happiness based on theoretical models. In this model, happiness is taken into account because of the total of positive actions and emotions. In addition, three special conditions are also considered: joy, commitment, and money.
Researchers have identified some characteristics that are correlated with happiness: various social relationships, extroverted or introverted states, marital status, health, democratic independence, optimism, religious involvement, income, and proximity to other happy people.
Various types of life lives - Rich, poor, happy, unhappy in our society. Today, happy people are like a golden stone bowl. Not everyone can be happy. It doesn't cost money to be happy. It is certainly possible to be happy if one wishes. If you are content with what you have, finding happiness is not difficult. Happiness is a relative matter.
I read an article a few days ago, in a very pressing job and the timing factor has an impact on sex in Japan. To my surprise, we have something bigger than life! We probably should go to the crematorium or the gravesite occasionally. There are many high profile personalities lying in silence today, while there was no time to talk when they alive. But the world is not going to stop. So you have to enjoy life, tension stress can never end our happiness.
Attaining happiness is a global pursuit. Experts find these individuals from every corner of the world to be happier than other acceptable personal outcomes, such as obtaining wealth, acquiring material goods, and getting into heaven.
Actually, we humans have a psychological immunological system. It is a kind of cognition process or rather it is such a cognition process, about which we are not very aware. With this help of this psychological resistance, we make ourselves happy according to our convenience.
How Much Money Do You Need to Be Happy?
Money, how do you think about wealth? Can this money bring all happiness to life? Do you own all the happiness if you own huge wealth? Or do you need anything else in life? Money can give instant happiness, but is it always possible to consider everything with money? In fact, there is no specific answer.
Researchers think that how we spend our money has a big impact on the concept of happiness. US author Gretchen Rubin writes in her book 'The Happiness Project' that money cannot buy happiness. However, the numerous things you buy with money can have a huge impact on your happiness.

Making money is fun - it's not necessary. It is not very pleasant to put aside current consumption and make money. However, the author Norton believes that when money is in hand, it makes people happy. Being in debt is a matter of great emotional distress. And therefore debt drugs can be called savings. Money saved by adding extra happiness to life.
But remember, a rich person can only be happy, it is not. Happiness also can be achieved in a small cottage. Off course always should try to avoid stress somehow.

Solution According to Science
  • Relationships are essential. For more than 65 years, a major study followed hundreds of men and found the happiest (and healthiest) people who had developed strong relationships with people they trusted to support them.
  • Time beats money. A number of studies have shown that happier people prefer to have more money in their lives. Even the effort from that perspective to approach life seems to make people happier.
  • It 's worth stopping to smell the roses. People who slow down to reflect on the good things in their lives are being reported more and more.
    Spend sometimes with Friend
  • Kindness's deeds raise the mood. Grant your friends an airport ride or give time for an afternoon. Some research has shown that it is easier for people who perform these acts.
  • It's more than eating calories to break a sweat. Studies show that increased physical activity levels are associated with higher happiness levels. Exercise also tends to help relieve the effects of certain mental illnesses.
  • Fun is more precious than pieces of material. People tend to be happier if instead of things they spend their money on experiences. Researchers also find that buying things you've experienced — such as climbing rock shoes or reading a new book — can also boost happiness.
Meditation
But actually, happiness does not give us money, food, and family, we are happy with ourselves. We cannot depend on anyone else for our happiness. Such outward joys are, in reality, happiness brings us inner peace only for a short time.
Many researchers have done research on religion and happiness. Religious subjects present many characteristics as elements of happiness that have been characterized by positive psychology. The social connection of religion organized with happiness has an important role. Strength/power of the mind can be gained through meditation, prayer, and faith.

Place in your mind the phrase "good enough is perfect." You are saving time and effort and you are berating yourself since you are planning to adhere to your new motto. You can tell yourself, "I know I could do with more time and effort but not necessarily." Think of that 60-page report when you produced a 10-pager that would have been good enough. Easing up on your own will add to your happiness.
Finally my own opinion: Why a child is always happy? Kids do not know religion, have no money, no stress, no car, no house, take food-what is given? no demand, but happy, why? I think so simple answer of it -- there is no tension...no mental agony….
